Named after the historic Avalon Road that links James Bay to Beacon Hill Park, Avalon Mechanical was established in 1984 by Bob Landell as a sole proprietorship. In 1989, Mirek Demidow joined the company, and it was officially incorporated. For nearly two decades, Avalon Mechanical thrived at the corner of Government and Johnson until 2007. Throughout its journey, Avalon has emerged as a prominent industry leader, renowned for its groundbreaking mechanical design, energy modeling, and unwavering dedication to sustainability.
